As an introvert without any warm leads, Delia started her career by approaching strangers for the first 6 years of her career as a financial consultant.
In pursuing her career, she learnt to be more resilient and her perseverance helped her achieve many successes. She also learnt to be consistent in every area of her life and created an organised system to help her achieve her true potential in this career.
Delia shares that being an avid runner helps her to re-energise and guide her career journey to have better time management and discipline. In addition, Delia constantly invests in her personal development to stay competent and relevant to serve her clients better.
